The Cosmetic Product Notification System has been launched in Ukraine.

On 1 December 2025, the Electronic Notification System for Submitting Information on Cosmetic Products officially became operational.

This system is designed for the notification (submission) of information on cosmetic products, as well as for their registration, protection, and display. It was created to ensure transparent and reliable tracking of cosmetic products placed on the market.
